I got up this morning and put on the coffee. I thought I had enough light with opening the shade on the kitchen window and didn't turn on the light since I didn't want to disturb the better half since she was still sound asleep. I managed to put the filter and coffee where it was supposed to go and fill the water tank but completely missed the fact that the empty pot was sitting on the stove and not on the coffee maker where it usually is. As the pot sits right beside the stove we now have a clean floor, clean stove, and clean everything else the stove covered up. No more making coffee with barely enough light to see by. If she wakes up that's her problem.
After a minute's though on that statement I can see where it might turn into my problem.
I believe that would still be better than having to drag out the stove and clean up another mess though.
