  Rochester NY police were called overnight, to a robbery of a Dollar General. Suspect shot to death.

  Suspect's family claim it was murder. 

   Nobody seems to be saying there was no robbery.  No mention made concerning, if one decides to rob a store, they may be taking their lives in their hands.

When you walk into a business with a gun, knife, ball bat, or sharp stick with the intention of robbing them and you are killed in the process, you deserve what you get.
