“U.S. federal appeals court issued a stay Saturday freezing the Biden administration’s efforts to require workers at U.S. companies with at least 100 employees to be vaccinated, citing “grave statutory and constitutional” issues with the rule”.

Our rights and freedom goes away one compulsory jab at a time.  And that is only one of the tools in the liberals box of goodies.  When the masses obediently fall in line, the commies need only regulate who gets a killer injection and who gets a placebo.  Ultimately, poopulation control is the only practical path to the progressive society.

Yesterday, from Ben Shapiro. OSHA’s emergency authority has been challenged six times in court. OSHA lost 5 out of 6.

Using OHSA as the legal vehicle to “work around” the constitution may prove no better then the CDC regulating rents.
