Resizing Primed Brass

I have quite a few old military 308 brass that needs to be resized using a small based die. 

Is it possible to remove the decaping pin from the die lub the outside of the case and resize?  Then remove the lub on the outside of the case.  What if some lube gets inside the case from the neck sizer?  Can a Q-tip clean it out?  Would it affect powder when loading?  I can't find any new primers anywhere.  Powder is showing up as well as bullets.  I have about 100-150 of these that need to be resized.

I have done it, mostly with a Lee Classic Loader. As long as you keep the lube out of the case, I can't see a problem. When I was a young fellow, I bought some "30-40 Krag" ammo from an outfit in Texas that purporped to be military, but was actually 303 British ammo (with .311 bullets) that had resized cases. NRA made them take the ammo back and refund purchase and shipping costs. The point is that they were able to resize the brass with the primers, powder, and bullets all in place.

Use "OneShot" sparingly for the case lube and there shouldn't be a problem.

Yup, do it all the time, I use Imperial case lube and dry neck lube so no issues with the lube getting to the primer, but the primers are so hard to kill that I doubt a little lube would be an issue.

OneShot isn't oil based, and I like the aerosol ease of applying.

One Shot won't kill your primers. I've swapped out bullets in many rounds over the years, and never had a problem.
