Gassed up because you never know. And my gas cans full. And rotate that out. Not a hassle i have a 12 volt battery pump for that. Two trucks one car and an 8N Ford tractor.

I believe in that practice to a degree.
I don't keep as much gas in cans like
I used to.  It spoils too easy anymore,
even with the treatments. Probably
the regional formulation I would guess.
I'll keep enough gasoline that can be
used up in a month's time more or less.
Enough to drive a few hours in one
direction
18 MINUTES.  . . . . . .

I do much the same; seems wise when you live near the bottom of a volcano in earth quake country.

its about what i do. I have a car a truck and a jeep and i about religiously keep them above a half a tank. I keep two 5 gallon cans of gas and empty and refill them at least twice a year. One other can that I use for lawn mowers saws snow blowers ect. I used to keep 30 gallons in cans but dont bother with that much anymore. I keep 10 because it will about top off any vehicle that has a 1/2 a tank and with that i can run 3-500 miles and that will get me out of dodge just fine. Or keep me running 5 miles to the store for a good long time. My generator will run on gas or a propane bottle and is also hooked to my home 500 gallon propane tank so if shtf i can burn wood to heat and use the propane for power.

That’s very wise of you Lloyd. I found a gas stabilizer that seems to work ok. It’s made by Mobile.
