Sometimes with these foreigners I can’t tell where they are from. And they slaughter the English language. I have to tell them to slow down I don’t understand you. At least one of them asked me if I wanted to talk to someone in the
US. And she transferred me over. You can request an American on some sites.

Lucky you. I recently replaced 2 co2 detectors for my alarm system They only have a 5 year lifespan. I have to call and have a tech connect them to my system which results in a control panel update that requires several minutes. I was working with an Indian gal and for some reason the call disconnected during the upgrade. I called back and got another Indian gal. This one's accent wasn't as bad as the first's and she was smarter. As a geezer that is rather deaf in the upper audio ranges it is sometimes hard to understand a woman with a higher pitched voice and trying to translate an accent makes it even worse.

She said no treats either. On the up side she said my blood work came back and that I was low on barley and hops and that I needed to stock up.

I called ATT for troubles with service, and got a Brit.... It was actually rather pleasant! While the accent did get in the way occasionally, he was helpful and easy to talk to..... For a foreigner!
