URGENT: Supreme Court Retirement

News broke today that Justice Stephen Breyer is retiring from the Supreme Court.
Breyer is a radically anti-gun justice with a record of shredding your God-given, constitutional rights.

There’s no doubt that Joe Biden will nominate an anti-gunner to replace him.
But not all hope is lost. We need to bombard the 50-50 Senate with letters urging them to VOTE NO on ANY anti-gun nominee Biden asks the Senate to confirm.
Please add your name to our pre-written letter to urge your two Senators to reject any anti-gun Supreme Court justice nominated by Joe Biden.

When discussing the type of Supreme Court justice he would nominate, Biden only talked about the person’s race and gender.

The idea of nominating a justice who strives to uphold and defend the Constitution never even entered his brain.

God help us.

But as I said, not all hope is lost…

…I want to remind you that Joe Biden nominated David Chipman, the most radical anti-gunner, to run the ATF.

Thanks to the grassroots advocacy on behalf of our GOA supporters like you, Chipman’s nomination went down in flames.

So, even though Kamala holds a tie-breaking vote in the 50-50 Senate to confirm Supreme Court justices, we can win this battle, too.

We need to remind every single Senator that Biden (and Kamala) are PLUMMETING in the polls.

If a Senator votes to confirm an anti-gun justice nominated by Biden, they will be forever tied to this failing presidency and face the wrath of the American voter in the November midterm elections – and GOA will make sure of it.

Its a shame that we have to hope for a lesser of a socialist to be nominated to the SCOTUS. When the only duty of the SC justices is to interpret the constitution, and rule  based on that interpretation. Not rule with their own personal worldview in mind.
