Oil Production in Feb. 2020 was 13,100 thousand barrels a day (a record high) Then went to 9,700 barrels a day by August of 2020 (under President Trump, apparently the President doesn't control oil production - you know free market and all) By President Biden's time Feb 2021 it was at 10,000 barrels a day.  Now we are at 11,700 barrels a day. 

Where is the "destruction" and roll off of production? 

Contrary to popular desire the "government" doesn't tell oil companies how much to produce or WHAT PRICE TO SELL IT AT; that would be "socialism".  Same with inflation, do you want the government to set prices??  Isn't that "socialism" I thought most here wanted a "free market" economy???

And. How is that free market  and economy working under leftist/socialist control comrade? Your leftist/socialist government is f ing things up on a huge scale and all the proceeds are going to our/I mean my enemies not yours... Make enemies of America great again aye comrade?
