  Only makes sense..probably a prime pre requisite for anyone who wants to be fully informed, especially for those who choose to enter politics.  Unfortunately, too many in politics seem to be quite ignorant of history..

  Lack of a reasonable grasp of history, causes some political groups or persons to try the same stupid game over again..  Note the brain-dead numbers who are calling for communism..

Pretty much does for the few I know. Democrats are a bit scarce in this area.
