The guy who posted that test has many other such tests available for viewing, and he does seem to strive to be fair.
For instance, he tests the effectiveness of wood glues, JB Weld and it's competitors..and other commonly used items.

  Here's another test..  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-g3efGa3sI

Ford used to offer a penetrating spray that
was more or less designed for rusty seized
exhaust bolts and studs
It foamed up upon application and had lots
of moly in it apparently, because it was dark
black/grey. Of course,  it worked for loosening
any bolts or nuts other than exhaust,  and
it was the best or some of the best penetrant
I've ever seen
IIRC the formula wasn't something the
treehugger gubmint types liked, and I'm
thinking it's an obsolete thing now

I'm a KROIL fan for rusty things, but
someone told me that there's new
KROIL now that's different

Do they still make Liquid Wrench? I still have about a half a gallon my Dad bought back in the 60's. Still works good, the Liquid Wrench that is.

Apparently Liquid Wrench still works quite well, Steve.  ..Assuming it is the same formula that is offered today.

After posting I decided to googlefu it and Liquid Wrench is still around and going strong. I hope they didn't change the newer stuff like they did CLP or Hoppes.

Kroil gets my vote hands down.  I have never found a rusty bolt or screw it would not eventually loosen.  Sometimes patience is the key because none of them are instantaneous and a little heat can help in the most stubborn cases.

When mygrandson was deployed in Iraq with his Spec Ops unit..being their armorer, he was responsible for maintaining their weapons, whether inside or outside the wire.
He used a CLP based lube, because it was best at handling the white dust, produced by the erosion of the white Iraqi sands.

I have been pretty happy with PB Blaster on some rusty stuff.  Spray on and leave sit for a few hours or a day or 2.
