In order to sue, they have to prove damages..which they have demonstrated in the billions of dollars.  Todd Rokita rightly says, there are no "border states" so far as this border smashing event is concerned.

   Now we should have at least 30 more states join Indiana..  Forget the states run by demonrats, they won't challenge the crooked stuff !

Have to wonder what any lawsuit is going to do against this corrupt federal government. Who will investigate it? the corrupt DOJ? The corrupt FBI? The corrupt DHS?  This administration is corrupt from the top to bottom Ain't no lawsuit going nowhere against them. That is just my opinion.  The corrupt bastards just arrested a man that had nothing to do with Jan. 6 in an attempt to keep Trump from being able to enter the next presidential election. Getting them with a lawsuit from any state is nothing but wishful thinking.
