Many people lead a boring life, so are vicariously interested in other's lives...or deaths..
Why do they bring up manythings? The other evening, I settled down to watch a film about the Tuskeegee airmen, the all black WW2 P51 flyers.
It started out good, but about 1/3 of the way into the film, the producer seemed to switchover to the old whining and complaints over what clearly was a gross injustice to the black citizens of our country.
I don't know anybody who denies this egregious wrong...so why do some folks dog this ugly past to death?
Surely, every school student has been made well aware of this injustice..
We are all aware of the situation, but there is nobody alive today, who was either a slave or a slave owner.
So when any TV or video producer goes through this litany all over again, to me it seems like they are just scratching at old, nearly healed scabs..trying to bring them back to an open, bleeding, societal wound.
I see them as people who wish to cause rampant unrest and chaos.
