Looks like California is raising inmate "free" money
« on: September 15, 2022, 01:58:37 PM »
From what I heard a California
state senator say, released inmates
receive 200 dollars when they
walk out the gate. ( the largest
amount in the nation according
to the "news " report)
Well that's soon to change from
what I heard. That'll be increasing
to $2590.00 if it goes according to
plan. Some of the people in the
same report were saying that since
it costs so much to incarcerate
criminals, that we should just send
them a monthly check and not
lock them up.
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Just me- we need to do away
with prisons and jails that are
simply hotels with restrictions
and bring back daily hard work
and all murderers are done
away with.

As a comparison, this dope
head/dope dealer across the
way is a lifelong criminal, and
was incarcerated up until
recently after serving 4 months
for selling and distributing heroin
and theft. This pittance after
being released from the big house
for theft and GTA and meth use
and distributing and several other
things I don't know about in detail.
He started shooting heroin after
his release from the big house because
the meth and pot and alcohol just
didn't do the trick anymore
18 MINUTES.  . . . . . .

Well, I guess the old adage of, "crime does not pay"..goes out the window now.

Of that free $2590, how much will go directly to the nearest drug dealer?  After all, how did most of them
wind up in the pokey in the first place?
If you don't want the truth, don't ask me.  If you want something sugar coated...go eat a donut !  (anon)
