Any thoughts on a good outfitter in Labrador or Newfoundland?  Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

RAMbo,

Earliest is 2005 spring or fall, but probably fall.  This is my first time hunting bear.  I understand body size is up in fall but pelt is better in spring?  I do want a respectable bear 250+.

thanks for the reply,

I prefer the fall, bugs are bad in the spring. I will ask a few friends up that neck of the woods, get back to you, that is some beautiful country, talk about remote;) good caribou/moose hunting I have heard much about. You can buy over the counter tag for moose as well. Aim small hit small. RAMbo.
