Does anyone repurpose these? And if so in what way or ways?

The unfried crumbs are much appreciated by the birds on the back patio. Not sure if this was you were looking for....
Young guys should hang out with old guys; old guys know stuff

I put them in the freezer and will try them on a salad.

I’m talking about the crumbs left in the oil after frying and draining the oil through mesh. They are well toasted so don’t believe they’ll be soggy.

Oh, you mean Pfannenabrieb (pan drippings) or Brittzel as my aunt called it.

You can make gravy or a sauce out of them, or take a spatula, scrape them loose, tip pan so most grease runs off, take the spatula and put them on bread or toast.
If there is a lot of grease/oil get a fine sieve , pour oil through it into a jar, let drip out, take pfannenbrieb warm in a micro-wave and put on bread.

I was just gonna say you were holding out on me. Thinking maybe it was a family secret. Thanks.
