I mentioned that I left my daughters' home during half time but I stayed long enough to watch him to see how he did. I have heard much better renditions to my ear but at least he didn't slaughter it like so many do today. I had never heard of him before and am still wondering what makes him so popular but I pay no attention to today's CW scene.

I thought he did a good job, but I view him like listening to Willie Nelson. A little of either is enough.
