I keep them all sorted out by category and genre on wall mounted shelves in our home office. Easier to find that way.
Most of the office shelves are for DVD and CD size. Book shelves are in the den and they look good that way. Hardbacks, only a few paperbacks.
The thing about some of those hardbacks is, they open up and you can ( hide) things in them. Like a pistol , or whatever.
Or Like a loved ones cremated ashes, they are actually an urn you cant reopen once closed. Made of hard wood in Tennessee for that purpose only. They only look like a real book, and they can put any title you want on it. Like the life of —————.
Like my moms, but they made it look antique with her antiqued picture on it. Its Very well done. But it is an urn that cant be opened from a strong glue strip, and The life of Jody on it.
