Who is the Largest space ship?

USS Enterprise, starship
Lucille , the red planet spaceship and its main computer.
The A.R.C. Starship. Barely surviving with a big hole in it.
The Avalon. Passengers,  Starship, damaged like the A.R.K. Was.
Valley Forge. Agriculture Ship with domes. silent running.
Discovery in 2001. Spaceship. 
The Endurance . Interstellar Spaceship. Dealing with a wormhole, Time, and a black hole.

I would have to go with the AVALON, 8000 people on that ship still sleeping.All of them, relocating to a plant called HomeStead 2.

Giant spheres would make excellent space ships. Like the ones in , The day the earth stood still. And Star man.
Each time the Earth is hostile to them, so the Aliens retract their ambassador and leave.

The A.R.K. Is pretty dang big. Even bigger than the Avalon, in Passengers. But have a look at the Leonov, the Russian spaceship in 2010.
