154 Grain 7.62x39 from Wolf

I thought it was a misprint on the boxes.
It isn't, I pulled one a weighed it, 155 Grains
on my scales. The only thing I don't like is the
lead exposed base and a lead exposed tip.
I am afraid the lead will leave the barrel and
the jacket will remain in the bore!

Valid point. I don't think I would want to shoot this stuff in my SKS. If lead is exposed at the base it looks to me like the heat would cause leading in the barrel too.

I don't understand the concern about the lead exposed at the base of the bullet :o   I have shot nearly 500 of these from 4 different SKS rifles and had no problem with any of them.  My grandson killed a hog in the 130 to 150 lb range with one of these and I will say that performance on the animal was not that great.  The jacket and core separated (i recovered both).

Hogs that we hit with 123 grain wolf and barnaul HP's died just as well

The 154's were not as accurate as the 123 hp's either.

It is OK stuff.  It clocks 2109fps from my SKS and 1965fps from my MAADI.  It will not lead your bbl, and is fairly accurate.
