I just picked up a new box of Hornady 450 marlin ammo and the casing is swelled where the bullet is. I don't remember seeing that on the first box I got. Is this OK
To invent, you need a good imagination and a pile of junk.

Just fine. Sometimes the bullet doesn't seat perfectly centered. Go ahead and shoot. Nothing's wrong.

Some times you will see that until the case gets fire formed. I notice it a lot with my 38/55 with new brass. Once I reload it you never notice it.
