i hope they give it too them. the state will be flat broke before they pay half of then and the ones that didnt get paid will burn the cities down. the ones that did get it will not be able to drive on the wore out roads they can no longer maintain. there will be no police first responders or firemen to stop criminals. so id bet kidnapping those millionairs kids will about be a sport there. in 6 months the whole state will be rubble. the CA border will look like the mexican border. maybe the bordering staes should start building a wall there. the way there leaving the state already would make that wall practical even today
