we are all flawed sinners so let the perfect one cast the first stone. I consider a half flawed Christian  much better then an atheist baby killing homo. i thought some here preach that acts dont matter.  to be  a Christian  only requires you believe in Jesus Christ. so who are we to judge our fellow christians and there acts that dont matter? isnt that Gods job. half this country doesnt beieve in God or worship satan.    You should know as well as anyone else, that there are "serious Christians"...and then there are those who are not "standing on the promises" so much as they are just... "sitting on the premises".

    If the enemy gets to the point where the persecution starts, and they will do it if they can get that power...most of those non-serious "Christians"
   will desert and deny.

  Some of the less serious will desert the church and join in with the persecutors;

Who's doing the judging. its not your place to determine who is a serious christian and who isnt. i think over the years both of us have demonstrated at best we are flawed. rule violations are not your area there Bills. they should be shared with him in a pm. the way you did it is a poorly hidden personal attack. just an attempt to get bill to play and i doubt he will. you seem to have a big problem with ig. most days with me too. Lloyd, this thread has nothin to do with the border crisis, and I've never said anything about any individual coming down to the border and volunteering.
I've said time after time that the other STATES should support each other.
There are no hidden messages in what I say. Just read what I say, and that's what I meant.

When someone (anyone) says, for only "serious christians" they are making a statement of "exclusion". They are giving a perception that they themselves are a member of an elete group,, and "if your not like them, your not serious".

For instance. Many of your traditions, and beliefs, do not line up with mine. Which of us are"the serious Christian"? Which one of us has a serious relationship with God"?

The Bible says that salvation is through a one on one relationship with God. I don't know what your relationship with God is. That is between you and God, and only YOU AND GOD KNOWS WHAT THAT IS.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT A "SERIOUS CHRISTIAN" IS, BECAUSE THEY COME IN ALL SHAPES AND SIZES, AND I WON'T "TRY TO SEPARATE" THE WHEAT FROM THE TARES, BY SAYING ONE IS "SERIOUS" AND ONE ISN'T.
THAT IS GODS' DECISION, BUT ONE HERE SEEMS TO THINK he CAN.

  If you had read with clarity, you would have realized the term "serious" has nothing to do with one's salvation, but rather a matter of diligence.

        For instance, I am not a "serious" fisherman.  I may sit under a shade tree and cast in a line, mostly to drown a worm..but a serious fisherman studies species, what they eat, their preferred habitat and what lures work best on them..

  A "serious' weather observer.. will study weather patterns, wind cycles, El Nino, sunspots effects and many other factors.  A non serious observer,
  may say.."red at night, farmer's delight", then go about his business.

  A "serious" voter, studies the issues, the candidates, their motivation and voting record among other things..while the non serious voter, simply votes like Dad did, votes 'straight ticket', or vote for a given party..without learning the facts..

   They ALL fish, observe weather or vote... But it's just that some are more serious than others.

    In any case your bickering, destructive comments and constant cynicism are boring to the point of advanced ennui.
