The Jury will be drawn from a population, that voted 95% for Biden, with many likely to be "low information voters".
It seems one must be very stupid (or very stubborn) to fall for this banana republic style method of trying to interfere with an approachibng
election, in 2024.
If this case stays in such a biased venue, a conviction is a foregone conclusion and may even slease through an appeal court, if Biden can pick his preferred court, but if it comes before the SCOTUS..such a conviction stands a chance to be overturned 9-0.
