U.S. government is breaking constitutional law
« on: September 12, 2023, 06:49:01 AM »
Article 4 section 4 of the constitution states that the U.S. government shall protect each state from invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.

They are also breaking their constitutional oaths to uphold the U.S. Constitution by allowing this invasion of our borders. Congress and Senate ( the Legislature) have the power and duty to thwart this invasion and by not doing so are breaking Constitutional law and oaths of office.

The government broke Constitutional law in 1861-65, and all through "reconstruction" ::). They broke Constitutional law at WACO Texas along with "Posse Comitatus", Ruby Ridge Idaho, their "creation" of the ATF, and on, and on.

So, when the government refuses to do their duty, or worse, who’s responsibility is it to pick up the ball? I would think the governor? Not sure.
