The universal rationing for everything isn't

9/11 part II  happens. Cell towers toppled,

livestock infected with bioweapons, schools
and supermarkets/shopping malls bombed, etc.

Last time I checked, there was over 4500
middle eastern border jumpers on the watch
list that were caught crossing the southern
border of the country since 2021
There's no official number for the gotaways,
so it could well be 2 or 3 times the number
of those who were intercepted

But that's ok
The citizenry will go back to sucking down
their beers and watching prancing with the
stars and jellostone on the big screen.
