thank God for brother in laws.

one came over last week with 2 hind quarters. today the other came over with a whole big doe skinned and quartered.

spent Christmas morning so far butchering. just finished and ran so meat through the cuber and its chicken fried steak fried potatoes with sausage gravy covering it all for Christmas breakfast. better than turkey dinner!
