I can recall that talk...but there was no provision foir perverts. Perverts disrupt military cohesion...we knew it then and they know it now.
The most stupid in Washington and the Pentagon can't seem to get it through their thick heads, buty a normal man or woman, doesn't want to
serve, share a tank or dugout, or shower alongside, a confirmed weirdo.
Instead, they kick out some of their finest, for the faintest of reasons.
If they want more recruits, all the military has to do is "clean up their act"..and make it again "honorable" to serve .
