EV's are trumped up to be such a wonderful car. Traveling from San Fran to Tennessee in cold weather can add up to an additional 40 to 50 hours of travel time. .

I have a friend who drove his EV from Denver to Desmoines, Iowa, normally about a nine hour trip. Took him most of a day to get there. No,thanks.

I might could see an electric car
as useful for an urban dweller that
might travel 10 miles or less from
their home and doesn't haul any
cargo other than a few sacks of
groceries
They sure don't need to be gubmint
subsidized.
