Lutsen Lodge, a 139 year old ski lodge in Mn burnt to the ground.
They found 7 violation recently, before it burnt. Only two had been fixed before it burnt. Too damn cheap to do thing properly.
As I do not ski any more, so no loss other than history, but as it had the steepest run in Minn.
I wish back in the nineties when I skied , I had done more of it, but then a hard fall while skiing is one reason my shoulder went out.
Still, 20-20 hindsight , makes me wish I had done more of it.
