Back during our busy, working years..the wife and I each had vehicles...which we traded about every 2 years or so.
I had a couple Chevy LUV (light utility vehicle) pickup trucks, one in yellow, one in red.. Both nice little trucks, built by Isusu. Only problem I had
with either was the red one, would run dry of gas with tank partially full..
Gas cap not vented..would suck the gas tank, even to the point of pulling the walls in some. Drilled cap..just fine there after.
