I'm sure that's true. It's my opinion those tests are designed to get the low hanging fruit. It takes more than that to run this country.

I suggest you're looking at it wrong.  The title of the link above is correct.  Biden DOES show his cognitive ability every day, and therefore, because his low cognitive ability is quite obvious, there's no test needed.
