   Fast food guys take note......

Regular Mom & Pop restaurants were always a bit more pricey than the fast food joints..but now, with the advent of govt enforced minimum wages,
$15 to $20 and more, there is little difference.

Waitresses at the Mom & Pop restaurants are not usually paid that much...but make it up in tips..so it comes out nearly the same.  I am not big on
eating out, but when I do..it is more often now accomplished in a regular restaurant, rather than a fast food joint.

Wendy's new suggestion in my opinion, is a loser..  If they are going to tailor prices daily, by the weather etc., or whether the manager has a grump
on any given day..count me out.

I like predictability... and I am already boycotting fast foods generally...and not necessarily by design... but because of common sense.
If you don't want the truth, don't ask me.  If you want something sugar coated...go eat a donut !  (anon)

Absolutely avoid fast food chains if possible. If I'm on the road, maybe a DQ if my stay is an overnighter.  If I'm on the road, but have a 3 hour drive home, will stay hungry until I get there.
We keep trying peace, it usually doesn't work!!Remember(12/7/41)(9/11/01) gypsyman

Ummmmm....not just no, but HELL, NO!
I have pretty much stopped going to not-so-fast-food joints, because it can barely be considered "food", and they aren't all that fast anymore.  With this kind of pricing structure, I can see it falling into the category of EPIC FAIL.

I bought a camper to avoid the "demand pricing" of hotel rooms when I travel for events. (Realistically, that may be a break-even endeavor.)

One thing about that.
Your chances of picking up some traveling
bedbugs, or possibly having to sleep on
nasty sheets, or standing in a bacteria-laden
shower are pretty nil

One of the last times I went a couple
of states over, the first hotel I stopped
at had all the mattresses in the back with
a man spraying them down.  Pass
18 MINUTES.  . . . . . .

I must be really tough; I just broke all the rules!

I just got back from Tn., and I not only ate fast food, I stayed in a motel, AND I survived the whole shooten-match without even getting sick!

I would agree ,  Never have any stomach problems until I slip up and  grab a quick  burger from the fast food joint .  I would'nt doubt some of their workers spit in white folks food .
