Bentz chambers?

Brownells sells a complete conversion kit for the 10/22 ruger.  Made by Volkarsen(sp.) it changes out the bolt, recoil spring, etc...  not sure about the barrel...  I have also wondered  about the 22 short accuracy with slower twists..  good luck from the gunnut69

BW: I breathed on my old '70 model 10/22 awhile back.  I added a new stock and Wilson heavy barrel with a Bentz chamber after the trigger, lockwork and sighting had been done. Fifty-yard  groups improved from an average of about 7/8" to just under 1/2", with prefered ammo. Original groups were around 1-3/8" (all scoped from bench).
