At it again
« on: April 01, 2024, 12:44:38 PM »
Looks like a National Felons League player
was mixed up in a dangerous multi car traffic
accident north of downtown Dallas while
racing in high performance cars.
Rashheed rice is being sought by Dallas police
for questioning about the incident.
Some persons in one of the cars that were
racing abandoned the vehicle and walked away
and did not check any of the people involved
for injuries. The wreck was captured on video.
If there were fatalities, that information wasn't
released. Some of the victims were hospitalized.

Information is scarce so far

According to the "news " both the Corvette and the
Lamborghini were in the possession of the football
player in question. Dope in both abandoned cars,
an expensive piece of diamond jewelry, credit cards,
a check for $16,500.00, and a playbook for the
Kansas City Chiefs were among the things found in
the cars. He turned himself in to police and was
escorted through a private entrance and confessed
to being involved and was driving the Lamborghini,
and was released without any charges or court
hearing.
I guess if you're a superbowl winning player, you
have immunity from responsibility and people
that you run over and nearly kill while high and
racing at high speed on a public highway are
just sh*t out of luck and shouldn't have been in
the way. Dang common folk

A little over a decade ago one of the Dallas Cowgirls players
was driving impaired and wrecked out and a teammate was
killed in the accident
IIRC he didn't serve any time even though he was obviously
guilty and found guilty in a trial, but was given a sentence
of probation, then violated probation a few years later when
caught driving drunk again

Likely the NFL has too many millions invested, to let him go to prison.   The law hangs heavy on the side of the purse" (an old adage)
