An Oklahoma Lakota Indian friend of mine had told me that talk is going around in some Indian forums that Trump's people have contacted the tribal leaders of several of the larger Indian nations offering to restore all mineral rights on their lands and possible payments for previous lost mineral incomes in exchange of promoting him to their nations. Sounds like buying votes.
