An expert on Parkinson's disease visited the White House eight times over eight months last summer, meeting with President Joe Biden's physician, according to visitor logs.

Dr. Kevin Cannard, a neurologist and Parkinson's disease expert at Walter Reed Medical Center, met with Biden's top doctor, Dr. Kevin O'Connor, and two others at the White House residence clinic on Jan. 17. Cannard has worked at Walter Reed for close to 20 years and is cited as being a "neurology specialist supporting the White House Medical Unit," according to his LinkedIn profile.

It is unknown if Cannard was at the White House because of the president or having unrelated meetings with the White House medical team.

"A wide variety of specialists from the Walter Reed system visit the White House complex to treat the thousands of military personnel who work on the grounds," Andrew Bates, a White House spokesman, said in a statement to the New York Times.

Cannard previously visited the White House numerous times during the Obama administration.

Bates told the New York Times Biden is seen by a neurologist once a year and has shown no signs of Parkinson's disease.

Parkinson's disease is a neurological condition that causes a gradual loss of nerve cells in the brain, resulting in various symptoms such as tremors, slowness, and stiffness of the limbs. The disease can also manifest in decreased facial expressions, soft speech, and postural instability, according to the Parkinson's Foundation.

Biden's primary physician, Dr. Kevin O'Connor has previously declared the president "fit for duty" and has not ordered any cognitive testing. Biden has declined to undergo an independent cognitive test.

Parkinson's has run in my mother's side of the family for several generations now and I saw it up close with my grandmother, great uncle and mother. Back during the election between Trump and Biden it seemed fairly obvious that Biden had it and his election staff and the media were doing everything possible to hide it from the public to defeat Trump. Been there and seen it and his decline will accelerate with the progression of the disease faster every day.
I have no liking for Biden at all and consider him totally corrupt and has been for decades. On the other hand he has been a pawn with this disease and his wife and handlers should be charged with elder abuse in trying to retain their power and the power of the Dem party.

Parkinson's can lead to dementia, and I think its dementia that's causing his issues, and they just don't want to say the word dementia. Parkinson's sounds a lot better than dementia for a sitting president.

My wife died from Parkinson's about 7 years ago.  Here first symptoms were tremors..starting with the hands.  Her mind was sharper by far at her
demise, than Biden's appears to be now.

As she near the end, she would at times snap out at me in anger...something completely out of character for her.

It appears that Biden is now quicker to show anger, than he previously did.

Thousands of military personnel work on grounds around the WH.

Yeah; thousands working daily on the WH grounds..   THOUSANDS? REALLY?  Where do they hide them?  They don't live in the WH...so why don't
we  see  caravans of large busses & trucks enytering and leaving on a daily basis ?

Even if a couple hundred work there daily, they sure don't LIVE there !  Like any other military personell, they live on or near a base,...where they
get them and their families medical needs cared for.

Don't hand us a load of .."the Parkinson's specialist  came to confer with one of the Marines aboard Marine 1 helicopter" !...
As Lloyd said, any Marine diagnosed with such...would not be serving on Marine 1...and likely would be processing out within a week..

    ....Calling BS on that story..
