The stupidity of "woke'" disaster relief..
« on: October 12, 2024, 02:36:42 AM »
  Th efirst real challenge fior FEMA this year..and the woke politics has already $+*^&@ it up !

  Here are a couple expendatures by t the Demonrat politicians in Washington...using FEMA monney, as mentioned by Real America's Voice..

     $120 million to Lebanon (who harbors Hezzbollah)..     $20 million spent near San diego, to build a "welcome center" for illegals..

      https://thedrilldown.com/podcast-episodes/the-politics-of-disaster-relief/?utm_source=googlegrant&utm_medium=cpc&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwvKi4BhABEiwAH2gcw87ncrS6EvOhfWsklobsm6J35-gSLoVlmPzjm7E0jwdTb-7mk4bwqRoCarUQAvD_BwE

   From the article:
             MA’s reputation was definitely not helped when a news outlet this week uncovered a recorded conference call where FEMA managers at its “Office of Resilience” were discussing the topic “Embracing equity in disaster relief.” The meeting organizer urged attendees to shift from a utilitarian approach (the greatest good for the greatest number) and instead think about something called “disaster equity.”

       It appears that if one is to get help promptly, they must be part of an "oppressed" group..

  Fema offers an explanation;

   Here is their explanation;    "Rumor: Funding for FEMA disaster response was diverted to support international efforts or border related issues.
This is false.

No money is being diverted from disaster response needs. FEMA’s disaster response efforts and individual assistance is funded through the Disaster Relief Fund, which is a dedicated fund for disaster efforts. Disaster Relief Fund money has not been diverted to other, non-disaster related efforts."

    ...Sounds like double talk to me..

   Especially since the Disaster Relief Fund (DRF) is FEMA funds dedicated to natural disaster relief.  ...Doubt it was ever meant to cober political/man made disasters
