I did not say I was coming to his defense.  I said that Greybeard was correct, that the video DOES NOT show ANY guilt on the "street thug's" part.  YOU posted that, and YOU called for his execution on the spot, in complete violation of ALL laws and rights that ALL of us have.

Perhaps they risk that but NOT rightly so. You or I if we killed a person who had only cold cocked us would go to prison for the rest of our life. You can shoot ONLY if you are in mortal danger.

Now iffen Mr. Badguy doesn't just punch the cop but is on them and beating the life from them then yes they can kill or more technically can shoot to stop their actions. Once the action stops so must the shooting.

You are letting emotion get in the way of reality.

Really?  Does not show ANY guilt?  You sound like some on the left that say there is NO evidence of any wide spread voting fraud in 2020.  I'm guessing when you say "any guilt" you really mean less than 100% proof positive of guilt.  That bloody face is surely evidence of guilt.  Not 100% proof of guilt, but certainly evidence of same.  Kind of like those in congress who say that the hundreds of pieces of evidence connecting Biden and son with wrong doing are not evidence of guilt because there is no smoking gun.
