So, naturally, Putin responded by launching an ICBM on Ukraine. It evidently was not nuclear armed, although it could have been.
Further, an ICBM is not necessary to reach Ukraine, since it has a range of several thousand miles.
No, it appears the ICBM gesture was a clear "shot across the bow" of the USA ! Will any Democrats have enough intelligence to deplore
what Biden has accomplished with this latest provocation ?
