I wasn't sure what he would do. I hate to say it but if I was in his shoes, I very much might have done something similar. BUT to do it, you have, in my opinion, to decide that family is more important than country. He did. I know that if you or I or any of us had been had on those charges we wouldn't have gotten any compassion.

no surprise. everyone knew it was a done deal. hard to lose your reputation of being honest when you never had it in the first place.

Being someone that constantly lies. Did anyone really think he was being truthful when he said he would honor any jury verdict?
