met another goal
« on: Yesterday at 01:11:26 AM »
about a year ago i just got sick of being overweight and loosing muscle. after all the surgerys and metal parts in me i about gave up. i was up to 285lbs. first goal was 250. second goal that i just made is 220. now its on to 200. that was my weight when i retired. i thank zep bound and ALOT of work. ive always been a big guy but at 68 after LOTS of work my upper body has never been bigger. crap guys my wife even commented that im getting my 6 pack back. more like a 12 pack now but 20 more lbs and ill look as good as i did in my 30s and i just cant express how much better i feel not hauling that extra 60lbs along. im NEVER going back to being FAT. now if i could just find where i left my hair :o

Good work! I know it must feel incredible. A couple of years ago I lost just 20 pounds and couldn’t believe the difference. Now, if I pick up a 20 pound dumbbell, it’s really hard to imagine that I was carrying that around everywhere I went. What you’ve done is remarkable.
