I thought perhaps the political speeches were done for the season..

  ..But apparently the bishop (bishop-ess ? ) of the national cathedral, believed otherwise, since she launched into a political sermon, reaching
   out for  more hoimosexual..LGBTQ "rights".. and privileges.. as well as saying that those who sneaked into our country, "did no crime".

     She prattled on, couching demands in allegory, all the while ignoring a verse of scripture that applies directly to her.

   " 11 Let a woman learn in silence with all submission. 12 And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but
    to be in silence.             (1 Timothy 2:11,12)

  But of course, the national cathedral is run by the Episcopal Church, and the Episcopal Church is now allowing all kinds of past errors
    to be revived and brought back.

  I have done numerous funerals...  THAT!  ..was not a burial message, but a pure political speech.

   Misplaced emotions...perhaps why Paul when writing to Timothy, was sure to remind him that women are not to preach !
