PowderFlask2,
I admire your self discipline. I don't think I can go a whole month without placing an order.

I have a Model '94 Winchester in .32-40 and I made all my brass by resizing .32 Special cases. After the size process I trim them to proper length. You can also form it from .30-30 or .38-55 cases. I use the .32 Special only because I have a .32 Special and tons of brass. If you use the .30-30 you will have to expand the neck as an additional step and conversly the .38-55 may require neck reaming.
Most of the major die makers can supply dies. The standard bullet was 165 grains. Any of the .32 Special bullets will work just fine, cast or jaketed.
This fine old cartridge was a favorite of Harry Pope and F.W. Mann as being a super accurate round. It works quite well with BP as that is what it was designed for.
Have fun.
