i shot some of these in the white box .223,and i was going to reload them and i had to ream out where the primer goes because it had like military style primer, do i need to reduce the load or stick with the same, they seem to weigh just about the same as remington brass

Best way is to measuer the case volume by filling with water and compare it with commercial brass.  If the same you don't need to reduce loads.

I reduce charges any time I change ANY component.  It may only be a grain or two, but I still do it just for safety's sake.

There can be wide variances between brass from different manufactures and this can affect pressures.
