To All Interested Parties,
      I have recently been made aware of a great deal of interest in starting a UKC Hunting Retriever Club in the Traverse City, Michigan area.  To accurately gauge the level of interest I am requesting that anyone who’d like to be a part of organizing a new club, and getting it off the ground  E-Mail, or call me with the following information:
      1)  Name
      2)  Address
      3)  Telephone Number
      4)  E-Mail Address (if applicable)

      I will use this list to organize a get-together of interested persons to be held in the Grand Traverse area sometime this August.  We can meet at any one of the numerous campgrounds on water, that are in this area.  
      I have also received information from the UKC that members of the Great Lakes HRC are willing to join us at that time to help us get the ball rolling.

      Let your family and friends that may also be interested know about our effort.  The more people that we can get involved, the better.  It takes a great deal of member involvement to successfully host events such as Hunt Tests.

The Grand Traverse Hunting Retriever Club

The Grand Traverse Hunting Retriever Club will hold its first training rendezvous of 2004 on Sunday April 18 at 8:00a.m. at a location in Benzie County. We will first hold our annual club meeting and then begin land work training.
Applications/dues($35.00) for new membership(s) will be accepted as well as 2004 dues($35.00) for current members. All interested parties are invited to attend, and encouraged to bring a friend.
