I've had an AMT.45 longslide and loved it till I saw and fired the then NEW Glock 21 when I was stationed in West Germany at that time...
Sold the AMT bought the G21 and love it and by the way...Mine has 30,000 rounds thru it and still ticking and IT HAS NOT FRAGGED ME!!!!
So my Questions are....
Is there anyone who makes a longslide conversion for the 21???
And is the a way to get a repalcement frame from Glock/or modify the frame(Robar maybe?) so I can have an accessory rail too?
As far as the G21 fragging those Portland cops??
I bet it was the ammo...
As in the case of the military Berretta's losing thier slides from firing PROOF rounds.
I'm not a gunsmith or a cop but I read alot and get lots of hands on and will NOT get rid of my G21....

Barsto makes a longslide conversion but it's VERY expensive, over $800. You can probably buy a third gen. frame from Glock. Robar might be able to add a rail, but they mostly remove things from Glocks, not add them.
Sounds like it's time for a second G-21?
