Scope Choice???
« on: April 10, 2004, 06:10:08 AM »
I have need of a new scope for a 22Dasher. I have narrowed my choices to Sightron 6-24,Grand Slam 6-20 and Bushnell 4200 6-24. I prefer a dot as my eyes are not getting any younger.

Every body knows what I am going to vote for. You can get the Bushnell with a 1/4 m.o.a. dot or you can have a 1/2 m.o.a. dot installed.
To invent, you need a good imagination and a pile of junk.

The Sightrons and Grand Slams are good scopes and I try to buy one, but every time I do, I end up buying an  Elite 4200.  They truly are great scopes.

Go with the Bushnell - I thought I had a great scope with my Nikon - untill I compared it side by side with the Bushnell Elite- Sorry Nikon, the Bushnell was just better.
