Why not shoot the Interarms and if it's accurate and comfortable, buy it! Put the money you saved towards a better scope and practice ammunition.
The Interarms are good CRF rifles, I've one in 458WM. The 375H&Hs (I believe) were an extended standard action that had metal removed from the front, this is technically a no-no as it leaves less metal behind the lugs, but I've never heard of a problem. Interarms barrels also have a reputation for being "fast", which I can confirm is the case with my 458WM. The CZ is also a great rifle but heavier. Good luck in choosing as all will do the job as required.
