I dug out my old Quantum baitcast reels this week (after 3 years) to find that 2 of the gold colored ones (ripping and cranking) if I remember correctly had spots on one side. It looks like tarnish or rust. I tried wd40 and a rag but that made no difference. I thought before I try something stronger like steel wool, I would ask you guys. Anyone had this problem, and if so did you find a fix. Thanks in advance!
