paul:  Remington doesn't usually publish its loading data, or at least I have never seen any Remington data for reloaders.  Vhita Vouri OY has reloading data for the 8mm with a 196 - 200 grain bullet, which may help.  Mikey.

8MM 185gr. Loads

I couldnt find any data for the Rem 185 spcl, but I loaded 41 grains of IMR4064, and it hits dead on at 100 yards.  It is a light load, probably only good for 200 yards on deer.
